Privacy
Uploading a photo of your child is not a small decision. So this page is short and specific: every sentence on it is written into the code of this site and runs on its own — not a promise on paper.
Applies to the taleora site and to any order that comes through WhatsApp.
From the second you upload it, until it is gone.
Illustration: the photo is stripped of location data, locked behind a link that expires, then deleted
Stripped
Phone photos carry an EXIF block: the device, the time, and GPS coordinates — usually your home. The moment a photo reaches us it is re-encoded to WebP, and that step removes the whole block before anything is written to storage.
An automated test fails if any location data survives, so a build that breaks this promise cannot ship.
Locked
The photo is kept in a private, closed bucket. Nowhere in the system is there a function that returns a durable URL for a photo — the only thing possible is a temporary link that expires within five minutes, and we open it only to work on your order.
Even if such a link leaked, it expires before it arrives.
Deleted
Once the book reaches you, the clock starts. A nightly job erases the photo from storage and from its backups, and records the deletion on your order.
Deletion is not something anyone has to remember — it runs by itself every night.
Nothing beyond what it takes to get the book to your door.
That is all of it. There is no ad tracking and no tracking cookies on this site — the only cookie we set signs the studio team into the admin panel. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any marketing company.
Your child's photo is deleted automatically30 daysafter the book is delivered.
The order record itself — reference, amount, delivery date and shipping address — is kept for accounting and for the guarantee. The photo is not kept with it, and the order history shows when it was deleted.
If you cancel before delivery, message us and we will delete the photo straight away rather than waiting out the window.
Ask us directly. You will get a straight answer, not a copy of this page.
