Why we need it

Your name and WhatsApp number

To reply to you, send the digital proof before printing, and tell you where your order is.

Delivery address

It goes to the courier so the book arrives. It is used for nothing else.

Your child's first name and age

The name is printed inside the story pages; the age sets the writing style and the length of the text.

Details you write yourself

Their interests and the dedication, so the story is theirs. Write only what you want to.

One photo of your child's face

The illustrator draws the hero's features from it. One photo is enough, and we ask for no more.

The time of your consent and the IP address it came from

Consent to use the photo is worth nothing without a time and a source. It is evidence — for you as much as for us.

That is all of it. There is no ad tracking and no tracking cookies on this site — the only cookie we set signs the studio team into the admin panel. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any marketing company.

• The studio working on your order: the person preparing the illustration, and the person preparing the print file. That is the whole list.
• We never put your child's photo in an email or a WhatsApp message — not to you, not to anyone. What we send you before printing is the illustrated pages, not the original photo.
• The printer receives the finished book file with the illustrations; it never receives your child's photo.
• Your child's photo — or their illustration — appears in an ad, a post, or a sample on this site only with separate written permission from you, which you can withdraw at any time.

The order record itself — reference, amount, delivery date and shipping address — is kept for accounting and for the guarantee. The photo is not kept with it, and the order history shows when it was deleted.

If you cancel before delivery, message us and we will delete the photo straight away rather than waiting out the window.

• Before the photo is uploaded you confirm that you are the child's guardian and that you agree to us using the photo for this particular order.
• We record the time of that consent and the IP address it came from. That is not tracking, it is evidence: it shows who agreed and when — for you before us.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time with a single WhatsApp message.
